I travel over 300 days a year. That means running in strange cities at strange times. Finding time to train isn't always easy, but having confidence that I'm as safe as I can be is easy. I always ask folks at the front desk if they know of places to run. I always stick a few dollars in my pocket. And, I ALWAYS make sure that I'm wearing my Road ID.
My Road ID is as important to me as my running shoes. Period.
