While wearing my Road ID, I was involved in an a cycling accident. Among others injuries, the accident caused a concussion, amnesia, punctured lung, broken ribs, and muscles to rip out of my neck area.The only item still fully functioning when the fire department arrived was my Road ID. That ID enabled them to contact my family and handle issues related to preexisting conditions.
