My name is Natalie and I have been using your products for (give or take) 6 years. I have been an ambassador for the past year and I love the stoke your product brings. And 2 days ago- it came in handy. I'll tell you the story:
I was snowboarding on the mountain when i took a terrible fall (kind of like cartwheels but not planned or as cool) and broke my clavicle.
I was in so much pain I couldn't talk and the woman on ski patrol asked "hey, who do you want us to call?" so pointed to my ski jacket pocket which had my roadID that I take on the mountain and she called my emergency contact so I wouldn't be alone in the emergency room.
