The other day I was having severe abdominal pain. My husband called 911, and while waiting for the responders, he remembered my Road ID. I have the Online Profile, so my husband went online, printed my profile, and handed it right to the paramedics when they arrived. It had the answers to all the usual questions, helping to speed up the process. The Emergency Responders and ER were so impressed. The paramedics even called the hospital from the ambulance and said "They have this piece of paper that has all the information on it!" The reaction was the same in the ER. Everyone was impressed with Road ID!I originally got my Road ID because I’m a cyclist, but it proved to be just as useful at home, as it is on the road!
