By noon I knew I was in trouble. Couldn’t catch my breath, felt sick and a couple hours later..massive heart attack.
ER nurse noticed my Road ID on my Garmin watch and saw that I have Epilepsy and high blood pressure and told the doc.
100% blockage of right coronary artery..two stents put in and a week later I’m out walking and enjoying my second chance.

Not only do I but my family feels more secure when I’m out doing my gravel bike rides.
