No one would have known who I am

I always wear my Road ID, though I failed to wear it one day when I went out for a run. Five miles in, I crossed a section of slippery rocks, and fell head first into a tree limb. I was not knocked unconscious thankfully, though I was a bloody mess. I walked to my car and drove myself to urgent care and got six stitches in the eyebrow.
