Oct 4th 2021, I was returning from a long ride in the country, when a Pitbull suddenly appeared between my front tire and pedals. To date I don’t know if I hit the dog or just grabbed and handful of brakes. I evidently went over the handlebars and ended up unconscious in the road.
When found my Road ID helped identifying my wife for an emergency contact. She arrived minutes after the ambulance and was able to help EMS personnel. I’ve had my bracelet in excess of 5 yrs and am very glad I had it on! Thanks!
